Requirements:
1. Develop people and organization skill.
2. Provide mentoring, teaching, leadership to improve overall quality.
3. Take direct responsibility for IT, Designers, and Account Executives team.
4. Review and/or approve project documents.
5. Responsible to supervise and mentor the team to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
6. Ensure sufficient control and monitoring overall project management activities.
7. PMO certified would be great to have.
8. Fluent in English – oral and written.
9. Min 3 years experience.

Graphic Designer

Requirements:
1. Knowledge of UI/UX trends and methodology across mobile, desktop, and web applications.
2. Fluency in using Adobe Master Suite programs.
3. Strong and passionate about UI/UX and also keen on the details.
4. Handle the full cycle of design from defining the sketches and wireframe to build prototype.
5. Min 4 years experience in a digital agency or client side with at least 2 years of UX experience focus
